Glass-Only Repair
If the LCD display works fine (no black spots, color lines, or dead pixels), you may only need a glass replacement. This is cheaper but not all repair shops offer it. Most replace the full assembly for reliability.
Full Screen Assembly
If you see colored lines, black spots, flickering, or the touch does not respond, the LCD/OLED is damaged. A full screen assembly replacement is needed. This includes the glass, digitizer, and display.
