Do not make these mistakes before calling us

The most important piece of advice: do not attempt a factory reset or restore in an attempt to fix a software problem. This will permanently overwrite the data you want to recover. Similarly, do not install data recovery apps from the App Store or Play Store — these often cause more harm than good on a compromised device.

If your phone has a physical problem (cracked screen, water damage, won't power on), do not attempt to force it on repeatedly. Each boot attempt on a water-damaged device causes more corrosion.

What we can recover

From iPhones: photos and videos from the Camera Roll and Photos library, contacts, iMessage and SMS messages, WhatsApp backups, voice memos, and notes. For data not backed up to iCloud, physical extraction from the device storage is often required.

From Android phones: photos and videos, contacts, WhatsApp data, text messages, and app data. Android devices with encrypted storage may require the unlock pattern or PIN to complete recovery.

Scenarios we handle regularly

Broken screen with locked phone: If your screen is cracked or dead but the phone works, we can replace the screen to enable access and then transfer your data before you continue using the repaired device.

Water-damaged phone: Even phones that will not power on often have intact flash storage chips. We can sometimes access this data directly through the storage chip.

Forgotten passcode / locked out: Recovering data from a locked iPhone without the passcode is very limited by design. However, if you have an iCloud backup or iTunes backup, we can help restore from those. We do not attempt to bypass security.

Corrupted software: Phones stuck in boot loops, recovery mode, or with corrupted iOS/Android installations can often have their data recovered before a clean software restore is performed.

What we transfer the data to

We transfer recovered data to your new phone, a USB drive, a computer, a cloud service, or another storage medium of your choice. We structure the files logically so photos are in dated folders and contacts are in a format importable to your new device.

Pricing and honesty

Data recovery is Rp 500.000. If we determine after assessment that data recovery is not possible for your device (this is sometimes the case with severely corroded boards or encrypted iPhones without the passcode), we do not charge for the visit.
